How do I turn ssn or card info into cash fast untraceable

Short version - you can't. It's always gonna be traceable, so that's why you try to not hit the same bank too many times.

Long version - depending on if you just want money, or the stuff it buys, then you can kinda remain anonymous. Just use a MAC Address spoofer, and at least a vpn, but preferably a RDP Server with a Socks connection. These hurdles should make it annoying for anybody to track you down, and if you can get these services outside of your country, that's even better (Russia isn't under US law and vice versa).
