1. Start the regsvr32+Skype4COM
2. Start "Enable-Debugging"
3. Make a folder in the webserver like this: "/SkypeResolver/"
4. Put the files in there EXCEPT the Skype.php it shall be in the folder before.
5. Edit the $directory or whatever variable in Skype.php to "SkypeResolver//"
6. Start ip6.exe
7. Start SkypeStuff.exe
8. Without this, your HDD might get filled & the skype won't restart which will fuq shit up. But I'm not sure if this file is secure so start "AutoDeleter" at your own risk.
9. Go to localhost/domain.com/Skype.php?skype=yourskypenamehere
