:flamethrower: i m a newbie, i go for carding and saw a picture of visa, master and discover cc logo encircled and written there secure payments by paypal, what does it mean? and also verisign or mastersecure?

verified by visa and master-secure code are new features from credit card company to assure their client dont loose their card details , their is new feature introduced by visa which is Visa 3d secure

i think all these three services required extra password, has every visa card availed, verisign or visa 3d secure service? whats does mean secure payments by paypal as shown in attached pic, is it also required any extra password other than cc details?
