[newbie question]how to get cc

I usually dumping cc with sql injection method, but many invalid cc. sometimes, the cc columns are empty :'(
How to get cc besides sql injection method ??
I ever heard the spamming method to get cc,,it method needs SMTP with port 25, much email listing. Are those method worked 100% ??

some sité use security software/systems, i mean, the plain cc number only in 242144***32423 format now, or not stored on http server.

People spamm email, inside email a link to a PHISING Site.

People try it, for fresh cc with sc.
