Topsocks (http://beta.topsocks.io/) and topsocks.io both belong to one admin there service is good to hear you can check proxy blacklist risk score fraud score pretty good but when i register the minimum topup was 10$ okay and i top up 10$ then i found out most of the socks are blacklist or anyone else using it and after few days my 10$ become 6$ where is my 4$ i asked to them they never replied they will promise many location but every proxy is used by by thousand of user and yes they all blacklist
