NOTE
It is highly recommended that you take this guide very seriously if you are looking for true anonymity and privacy, for a reason.
The smallest mistake, could be the biggest, and open a huge door into you being exposed.
Also, with all the data collecting done by big companies, your lack of knowledge on the internets, and the NSA breathing down your internet neck, its safe to assume the internet knows everything about you.
If your internet name is BlowjobGiver420, and then you go all anonymous, still using that name, and your same old emails, etc. You are not anonymous, but in fact, a real life, blowjob giving, retard.
The most important thing you also have to remember is, you can always be traced by the government, unless you are behind a secure VPN, using additional anonymity/privacy tools.
It would be very smart to also read the Anti-Forensics tutorial (http://link.cur.lv/anti-forensics), the Supa Sekret tutorial (http://link.cur.lv/sekret), and the Hide Dox section of the Doxing tutorial (http://adf.ly/WPa6L)..

DNS

DOWNLOAD
• DNSCrypt (http://link.cur.lv/dnscrypt)

This program enables you to use the OpenDNS DNS servers, instead of your ISP DNS server. It also encrypts all DNS traffic between you, and the OpenDNS server.
Your ISP may be monitoring you, or even someone on the same network as you, monitoring all your packets, could prose a vulnerability to your machine with a man in the middle attack. (MITM)
You may also be using a VPN, and have a DNS leak, where, your traffic may be encrypted, but all DNS requests are not.
The online DNS Leak Test (http://link.cur.lv/dnsleaktest) website can be used to check for leaks.
Download and install DNSCrypt, and change your settings to look exactly like the settings below:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/dns.png

A guide on setting up your router itself to use OpenDNS can be found here (hhttp://link.cur.lv/opendns-router).

When you are using a VPN that enabled custom DNS settings, use a diffent DNS server that your network uses.
For example, if your main network uses OpenDNS, use Google DNS servers for your VPN. The server IP addresses are listed below :

OpenDNS Servers
• 208.67.222.222
• 208.67.220.220

GoogleDNS Servers
• 8.8.8.8
• 8.8.4.4

Firefox
Read the Firefox tutorial (http://link.cur.lv/firefox-guide).

E-MAIL
The whole concept of electronic mail is very old and pointless in my opinion.
I'd say probably 70% of the use of emails are either to verify yourself when registering for something, or to add you on a mailing list.
It's a poor protocol of communication and almost every known web mail provider keeps logs and invade your privacy.
The big ones like GMail, Hotmail, and Yahoo, are all so widely used, and are the worst for privacy.
If you do not want to use email, like me, you can refuse to create an email address, and simply use a temporary email address.
The best email service to use, would be one you made yourself, so you have full control over it.

FORWARD EMAIL
• NotSharingMyInfo (http://link.cur.lv/notsharingmyinfo)

TEMPORARY EMAIL
• GuerrillaMail (http://link.cur.lv/guerillamail)
• YOPMail (http://link.cur.lv/yopmail)

PERMANANT EMAIL
• HushMail (http://link.cur.lv/hushmail)
• SafeMail (http://link.cur.lv/safemail)
• TORMail (http://link.cur.lv/tormail) (UPDATE: TorMail has been taken down. If TorMail returns, assume it is compromised! Read here (http://link.cur.lv/freedom-hosting-comprimised))
NOTE: The most secure web mails, HushMail/SafeMail, are even collecting data on you. (Read here (http://link.cur.lv/hushmail-leak))

SPOOF EMAIL
• AnonyMailer (http://link.cur.lv/anonymailerJ)
• DeadFake (http://link.cur.lv/deakfake)
• Emkei (http://link.cur.lv/emkei)

The most secure way of using email, would be to use PGP encryption with it.
To explain this use of encryption simply, lets say you are trying to sell drugs online, but want all email communication to be encrypted.
You have to remember, mail isn't safe. Your mail provider could be keeping logs, or your network itself could be infiltrated, and someone could be reading all your incoming and outgoing mail.
With PGP encryption, you have a PUBLIC KEY, and a PRIVATE KEY. Your public key is given out or posted anywhere for people to securely message you. For example, on the website you are selling drugs on.
The person trying to contact you, takes your PUBLIC KEY, and encrypts the message they are trying to send you with it.
You receive the message, and decrypt it with your PRIVATE KEY.
All data being sent/receive or even logged/monitored is all encrypted.

Download GPG4Win (http://link.cur.lv/gpg4win) for using PGP encryption for windows. Figure out how to use it yourself.

KeyScrambler (DOWNLOAD (http://link.cur.lv/keyscrambler))
This program encrypts all of your keystrokes, making it impossible for a keylogger, or any monitoring software to know what you are typing.
Download and install KeyScrambler (You may have to restart.), and right click the program icon in the system tray, and click "Options". Change all your settings to look exactly like mine below:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/keyscrambler%201.png

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/keyscrambler%202.png

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/keyscrambler%203.png

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/keyscrambler%204.png
NOTE: The free version will only encrypt keys typed in your web browser.

MAC ADDRESS
This program will allow you to spoof your computers mac address. (No, this has nothing to do with a Mac computer.)
Download and install TMAC (http://link.cur.lv/tmac), and run it.
For every connection listed in the "Network Connection", highlight it, and then click the "Random MAC Address" button a few times, and then click the "Change Now" button.

PeerBlock (DOWNLOAD (http://link.cur.lv/peerblock))
This program will block any incoming and outgoing traffic with a list of tracking IP addresses.
Download and install PeerBlock, and then run it. At the 1st launch, you will be asked what types of IP's you want to block. Check everything, except "Import/Create Lists" and "Always Allow HTTP".
Under the "Settings" tab, change your settings to look exactly like the image below:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/peerblock%201.png

Now click the "Next" button, and change your settings to look exactly like the image below:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/peerblock%202.png
NOTE: This program may block you access from certain websites you wouldn't understand why it is blocked. If a website randomly won't load, when you think it is up, end the Peerblock process, and restart it after you are done.

Pidgin
Read the Pidgin tutorial here (http://link.cur.lv/pidgin-guide).

Proxy
Any program that gives you the option to use proxy settings, you should be using a proxy, preferably a SOCKS5 proxy.
Assume most public proxies you find on Google are not very secure at all. While they may hide your IP, the speed, or privacy the proxy itself provides may be less than you think.
A website named Vip72 (http://link.cur.lv/vip72) sells very fast, very secure SOCKS5 proxies. You can use a free web proxy, such as NewIPNow (http://link.cur.lv/newipnow), but remember, you are not 100% anonymous.
The proxy provider itself could be logging your ip, the websites you go to, the passwords you enter, all your data. The information they gather could be used against you, either by them, or by law enforcement if they request logs from the proxy provider.

Skype (DOWNLOAD (http://link.cur.lv/skype))
I am going to just say right now, that Skype has gone completely to shit now. It is owned by Microsoft, and has everything you do logged.
A backdoor in Skype itself, has been exposed here (http://link.cur.lv/skype-backdoor). Your chats and your calls are all being monitored.
A whistleblower as said that Skype and GMail are on the NSA's top watch list. If you really want to be smart, don't fucking use this piece of shit software.
But, as a chatter, if you must, there are a few measures you can take, to ensure SOME privacy.
Your IP is being logged every time you sign in, so if you want to be smart, register a new skype, behind a secure VPN, and ONLY use it, when behind your VPN.
For additional security, depending on the version you use, you can use proxy settings on top of your VPN. A proxy alone will not cut it.
Your Hardware ID (HWID) is also being logged. Your HWID is a unique set of chatacters, that is retrieved from your motherboard. Everyone has their own unique ID.
Say you have a Skype you made, under your real IP. They have your real HWID too. You go behind a VPN, and make a new Skype, and do a bomb threat to a childrens hospital.
The police get a court order and go to Skype to find out where it came from. A random guy in Serbia? But this random guy has the same HWID as this guy in Boston. Let's go raid this Boston mans house.
The way past this is to spoof your HWID using a VirtualBox (http://link.cur.lv/virtualbox). The best way is to run a Windows operating system, inside a VirtualBox, and run Skype, behind a secure VPN, inside the VirtualBox.
Your IP, and your HWID is now anonymous. The VirtualBox itself could even be encrypted, for addition security.

The way people get your IP address through Skype, is using something called a "Skype Resolver".
Basically, someone setups up a server, that is running the deobfuscated Skype 5.5, in debug mode, creating a log file. This log file lists every IP Address it communicates with.
A person sets up a web server that reads an Skype name you input, uses the debug Skype to open a Contact Request on that Skype name, and then reads the log file for the IP address it pulls.
You can prevent yourself from getting your IP address pulled, depending on your version, by clicking signing in with a Microsoft account, as shown below:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/skype%201.png

NOTE: The newest version of Skype is supposed to fix this from happening, although there is always another way of grabbing your IP. It's best to always be behind a secure VPN, and optionally a proxy as well.

On the main Skype window, click "Tools" and then click "Options".
Under the "General" category, in the "General settings", change your settings to look exactly like mine:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/skype%202.png

Under the "General" category, in the "Video settings", change your settings to look exactly like mine:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/skype%203.png

Under the "General" category, in the "Skype WiFi", un-check "Enable Skype WiFi".
Under the "Privacy" category, in the "Privacy setting", change your settings to look exactly like mine:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/skype%204.png

NOTE: Click the "Clear history" button, and the "Clear Skype cookies" button.

Under the "Notifications" category, in the "Alerts & messages", un-check everything.
Under the "IM & SMS" category, in the "IM settings", un-check "Show when I am typing".
Under the "IM & SMS" category, in the "IM appearance", un-check everything.
Under the "Advanced" category, in the "Advanced settings", un-check "Use Skype to call callto: links on the web".
Under the "Advanced" category, in the "Connection", un-check "Enable uPnP". (This is where you edit your proxy settings, if using a proxy.)
Under the "Advanced" category, in the "Hotkeys", check "Enabled keyboard shortcuts", and disable them all, then setup a hotkey for "Mute microphone".

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/skype%205.png

NOTE: I have CONTROL + M to mute and un-mute. You can use the one below it to have it setup more like Ventrilo, where you have to hold the key to talk. We use this to quickly mute in case you need a moment of privacy.

Lastly, your voice can also be masked to add some additional anonymity using a program called Clownfish (http://link.cur.lv/clownfish).
Download and install Clownfish, and then run it. Right click the Clownfish icon in the system tray, and have a look at the "Voice Changer" settings.
This program can get a little buggy sometimes, so ALWAYS check that your voice changer is working before anything. Call the Skype name "echo123" to hear what you sound like.
NOTE: You should double click the Clownfish icon so it turns red and disabled the chat translations. Also, by default, Clownfish runs on startup. This is pointless, because Skype should not run on startup to ensure you have a secure network connection behind a VPN 1st, so play with the settings.

SPOOF CALLS
You can spoof you calls very easily using an online spoof call provider.
Although 99.9% of the time, you have to pay to use these services, so of them offer a few free spoof called before they block your number until you pay.
You will be asked for the number you want to call, and the spoofed number you want to appear from.
Sometimes the site will ask you for your phone number, and the call will be routed by calling your phone, and then adding the person you are spoof calling into your call line.
Keep in mind, you are not completely anonymous in this matter. Do not call in a bomb threat with a spoofed number, expecting to get away with it. The website itself probably logs all activity.

SPOOF WEBCAM
You can spoof your webcam and display something like, your desktop, or a picture or video, to appear as someone else using ManyCam.
Download and install this program, and then run it. Click the "Text Over Video" category, and uncheck "Show ManyCam logo".
Go to the "Source" tab, and you can change your webcam to be a desktop view, picture, or video.

Here are some example pictures of people, that can be used to appear as someone else:
• Child (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/cam%201.gif)
• Girl 1 (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/cam%202.gif)

• Man (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/cam%205.gif)

uTorrent (DOWNLOAD (http://link.cur.lv/utorrent))
Download and install uTorrent, then run it, and click "Options", then click "Preferences".
Under the "General" category, in the "Privacy" box, un-check "Send detailed info when checking for updates".

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/utorrent%201.png

Under the "Connection" category, in the "Listening Port" box, check "Randomize port each start".

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10621288/supasekret/image/anonymous/utorrent%202.png

Under the "BitTorrent" category, in the "Protocol Encryption", change "Outgoing" to "Forced".

VPN
A VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is a way to mask your IP address, and prevent your ISP, or someone from monitoring your network activity.
Basically, to put it in a simple way to understand, it's like your using your computer, connecting to someone else's computer in another country, and using their internet, instead of your own.
Now, there are a number of VPN softwares out there, some free, some for a cheap month fee. 99.9% of the time, a free VPN, while it will hide your IP, is actually keeping logs on you, and is not safe.
You want a VPN that does not keep any logs on you, and that is offshore. The country your living in will have no jurisdiction over anything coming from another country.
You want to appear from an odd, unknown country, with NO mandatory data retention laws. This means that NO information will be shared with third parties without a valid court order, and if your VPN keeps no logs, there is no information to share.
Also, just remember, if you are, in fact, using a safe, anonymous VPN, you don't need to go and hide behind 7 proxies. You can use a proxy through your browser or a program, for additional anonymity, but it is not really needed.
