There is many method but i will explain you the most used method.
First the method im using , and is the best i think .
• 1 - Hacking Website + Checker
So you will need to hack a website , MYSQL FAIL For preference , and you will need to get mail pass.
If all password are encrypted in MD5 , dont waste your time , check for other website..
Ok now , when you have mail pass , you will need to use checker to see if some mail pass are working for paypal.

Now you add your mail pass list .
And you click on check NOW
And you will see result...
Ok now when you have result , it's the most important part , because if you login to the paypal account with your real ip or vpn in other country , you will lock the paypal , So how to do :
Use a sock5 the same city/state of the account , you dont know where to buy ads ? look ads under.
And done you hacked it.
