I have two card details, ones a debit and ones a credit card with balances of £1000.00 and £2000.00, what is the safest way to cash these out? any advice is welcome?

you can try cc to paypal or cc to bank transfer but thats require a basic knowledge of how to use socks proxy or rdp if you have one
