How to scare your victim with a fake virus

Ok, I have no intention on telling you to go and do this to someone you don't like, or try to go and scare someone. I made this for educational purpose. I have no part in the activity that you or anyone else who tries this. Use at your own risk.

Ok lets get started.
One thing you should know, alt + f4 equals program is close for anything. If the victim trys to alt+f4 this program, it will spam him with cmd applications.
So first open up notepad

Now go up to file, then click save as, (Make Sure Its Set To Set To All Files) then type in fun.bat and save it to your desktop.

Conversion
Now we are going to convert the .bat file into a .exe file. Some people know that when they see a .bat file they know something is up so we are going to convert it into a .exe, it gets more vulnerable people.
Open your start menu.
Windows 7/Vista - Type in iexpress.exe, then press enter
Windows XP - Click Run, then type in iexpress.exe
Next, it should say Welcome to IExpress 2.0.
Click Next
You should see "Package Purpose", click next
Now you should see "Packaging Title", Type in title of your program there then click next
Now you should see "Confirmation Prompt", this is what the victim will see, if they want to continue with running the program. You can click "No Prompt" for not warning them or "Prompt user with" if you want to warn them, then click next.
Skip the "License Agreement" part
For "Packaged Files" click Add and find your .bat file and click Next.
Now you should see "Install Program to Launch", where it says "Install Program" click the dropdown arrow and find the .bat program and click it. Now click Next
Skip "Show Windows" part
For "Finished Message" its optional.
Then click Next.
Now you should see "Package Name and Options", click Browse and save it anywhere on your computer, then click Next.
Now you should see "Configure Restart" make sure its on the No Restart option then click Next.
Skip the "Save Self Extraction Directive" part.
Now your at "Create Package" Click next and wait for it to finish loading, then click Finish.
