I haven't even gotten into this section but ANON is my specialty as I do input and
am good at it.
This method is cia/nsa/big brother proof!
Ok, so to start I have to say that this is not too in depth on the tech side.
I'm sure you have plenty of posts here that can tell you about sock, and proxy's,
vpns, and subnet masks n all that good stuff. This is a practical application of
simple techniques to lay the ground work and foundation to all those other
techniques. This will allow you to go 'buck naked' for all your local uses
(although I would suggest that you don't shit where you eat).
Rules:
1 - Never register anything in your real name. Use Dummies/Masks.
2 - Never show your face on any cameras within a 5 mile radius of the Incident.
3 - Never have anything registered to yourself, your Dummies/Masks, or your
ANY of associates within a 5 mile radius of the Incident. Only those On Field.
4 - Maintain all Lab equipment and accounts independent to their own Labs
and networks. (This one should go without saying)
I always use rules and suggest so. I would highly suggest making a MUCH longer
list of rules than these. The more rules you follow the better and more secure.
Without further ado, here we go!
Step - 1. Clean Your Money
Start off with nothing but money in your hand, regardless of where you got it
from. Take every single last one of those notes and get them exchanged privately
for another, regardless of weather small or bigger. The reason for this is
because the serial numbers on those notes could potentially be traced. (This may
seem a little extreme but this method is meant to be big brother proof.) Take
your clean notes and use them to buy a laptop, prepaid cell phone, phone card for
the prepaid cell phone, prepaid wireless hotspot, prepaid card for the hotspot,
briefcase/laptop bag, and lead foil/tape.
Step - 2. Buying Your Supplies.
Find a complete stranger at a completely random place off your vicinity on the
grid and use social engineering (or pay them with clean notes if you are not good
with social engineering.) to get them to find someone who is a complete stranger to
them and yourself to go in a store and purchase your equipment. I would suggest
using people that look urban or look like they are criminals as they would less
likely question alternative motives. This purchase method not only removes yourself
from all evidence from cameras but using the middleman will also maintain
anonymity in way of witness identification.
Step - 3. Using Your Supplies
Immediately use lead to line briefcase/bag and store equipment. They should
always be stored if not used. Always be smart with where you choose to use your
equipment. Always privately in a place that cannot be traced to you. For your
first spot you will need to be able to access wifi so that you can set up your
accounts. Of course if it is public wifi you should try to be next door or even
several shops down from where ever the wifi signal is coming from so that you
are not on camera. Immediately put your socks on, vpn, proxy, everything. Set up
all accounts with anonymous information (e-mail, voip number, phone, and hotspot..
I would suggest changing ip with each account). Now you have the base set up of
your lab.
Step - 4. Building Up Your Lab
Once you have everything connected and working bag up your equipment, secure
it (lead sealed and bag locked... never a key lock). and never use this spot again.
Always change spots. Now that you have your hotspot and phone connected you have
the additional option when choosing a new spot of finding a place where you can
stash you laptop in a bag or corner somewhere hidden and remote control it from
your phone so you are not even on site from where the computer being used. Once
your second spot is chosen use it to acquire any information that you plan on
using to get the rest of your equipment (i.e. cc's or access to database to re-route
order/shipping info). The purpose of this is so that even patterns in data
acquisition cannot be traced or connected to you. Every single aspect of your lab
should be both random and private, these are practical applications that are
much more secure than any technical trick or algorithm when it comes to anonymity.
Use acquired data from another location and from separate accounts on a new ip,
always change your socks. Order any equipment for your new lab specific for what
ever the production of your lab may be (weather you produce dumps, fullz, products,
brokering, transfers, washes, communications, etc.)
Now you have a fully stocked and 100% big brother proof lab!!!
IMPORTANT: Understanding the definitions and rules with this method is what
makes it secure, DON'T FORGET THE RULES!!!!

Dummies: An identity used to set up and account for actual use, not orders.
Masks: A person and/or account to hide your identity.
Incident: The individual incident to accomplish the specific objective at hand.
