I've been hacking alot of Paypal accounts lately and I've been experiencing a huge problem with the accounts..
Everytime I seem to log in to an account that is verified, everything seems to be fine.
Then once i try to make a payment on a website for instance, 90% of the time it will ask to make a phone call to
confirm that i am the real account owner..
And if i press cancel or decline to the request, it will kick me off the account & set the account to security measures.
Any idea why? I've only been having this problem the past 3 days.. I always use vpn. I even bought a new vpn service yesterday but still having this problem..
