What kind of encryption is this?

I got into a DB where there's a few cards in this format:

S!/$X}]OX/FzyOH!

or

WdA~X}P~]#lx)~J@

so always 16 character, it seems the final output is always the same lenght of the initial number (16 digits to 16 encr string).

What kind of encryption do u think this is? Is it possible to decrypt? (using hashcat maybe?)
