I'm not really into these, but isn't DayZ a popular one?
Did a quick google search, and found a couple more games: Miscreated, H1Z1, State of Decay, and Dying Light look decent. I also recall a game called The Last of Us that was really good. I have no idea if any of these suggestions are similar to Dead by Daylight, but people seem to like them.

Friday the 13th maybe? Or Bigfoot used to be pretty fun with friends. Haven't played in a while.
