APP that binds credit scores

Has anyone heard of a app or program that binds your social to others making your score higher? desperately trying to find it. I have heard of others being able to do it but i cant find any thing on it at all. Does anyone else?

I do know if you add an authorized user to your credit card, the history will transfer to the added user. Just ask the card issuer.
