did not receive fullz

I have been trying to contact CardMafia via email and YM, but have had only a few words.
I ordered and paid for an order of fullz via LR back on the 22nd, and have still not received them.
I really don't understand, the customer comments are all so good why am I having such a hard time.

I REALLY want to purchase a lot more from your site but things like this have me concerned.

Please help me with this so we can move on to bigger and better.
