there are free credit cards here in public section but most of them dont work so its either u buy from legit seller or find your way on getting your own list of credit cards

that depends, some wont bother coming after you if they do get charge back, some wont file law suits against you because they know that would be more expensive in their parts the hiring of lawyer etc. etc. but some will do file case against you so thats what you have to be careful with, and in carding world, we all assume that all these people will come after you.

its carding, your basically stealing how much it hurts its the truth, i dont think "how much can i card" question really is the case here.

4. can I send gift card to my real email or a fake one?
you can pobably send e-gift card on a fake temporary emails, such as yop email, donkey email etc.

5. where to fill sock5 proxy? in browser???
if your using firefox you can download an add-on called proxy switcher

6. Do I have to spend any penny?
that depends really on what your trying to do, but if you do it right you wont probably spend a dime
