you must installl anti-virus in your pc such as nod32

if you want to use hacking tools you have to turn off antivirus

man use vurtial machins or sanieboxe if u need to use hacking program with av or not
the av is not all thing
look to my theards to now how to protect u self with out av

Without AV or Anti keylogging, anti trojan tools, it's hard to avoid attacks through internet. But if you ain't use them. Better to be very alarmed person on what you do on your computer !
