when u say starting from ground up do u mean in regards to carding? how new are u? if hacking is new to u entirely i would suggest downloading copy of kali and honing your hacking skills (all around i mean ,not just carding) . none of this will make much sense to u without decent understanding of things like RDP's, shells, or what using SOCKS means.
