[HELP] getting cards from websites

i;ve came across with different website, i just dont know how i can get cards, i dont have the right dorks for carding. ive gatheres databases, its table columns and stuff but im not getting any hit :/ can someone help me ? in terms of what tools should i use, dorks, software etc.
