BlackVPN - Reason: They actively support Law Enforcement and block users accused of Copyright Violation, which is the opposite of what they claim.

HideMyAss - Reason: It's widely known they keep logs and do not respect the Privacy of their users.

EarthVPN is another that probably keeps logs. A simple google search shows someone was caught sending a Bomb threat.
