it depends on what you do, you could buy some electronics and sell them on classified like craigslist or an local listing app for a cheaper price. of course it's best to get them shipped to a po or do it in-store. you could also cash out by buying gift cards and stuff online like accounts and games and selling them for cheaper, it's basically laundering. also don't forget to take your precautions whether you do it online or offline. if you need any tips on that let me know, for short just use a public wifi that is far from you and a vm, don't use the vm for personal use and stay away from the wifi for personal use, use a vpn and a socks5 proxy in the same location as the card owner, using his user-agent settings for best results too, and watch for dns leaks and disable webrtc, java, javascript and flash. lastly i would like to mention that i don't do carding myself, nor do i condone it, i'm just into information security and know how it goes. if you were to ask me for ways to make money i would suggest starting a business instead of taking the easy route

If one use a 4g Hotspot, would anything more than Socks5 really be necessary?

There was an old trick of renting a home with a fake ID, and then do a bunch of carding, ship the merchandise to that house, and then moving out.
